I had a great stay at the Marriott. The room was very spacious and well-maintained, with excellent cleaning services. The staff noticed that I had drunk a lot of tea, so they started providing extra water and even brought me some special varieties of tea, which was a nice touch. The hotel offers complimentary self-service laundry, which is very convenient. The location is also a plus, being relatively close to the metro and the northern train station. It’s about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport. Additionally, we were allowed to check in early, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Convenient location close to the North station with the metro, and a lovely mellow neighborhood, nearby. The staff spoke English and were really helpful. I had originally booked another place that was only slightly cheaper, especially when factoring in a taxi to the train station to catch an early train, but it was awful so I moved. My room at the Marriott was a huge relief! Big and very comfortable, it was a pleasure to return to at the end of hot days outside.

There's a gym in the hotel and it's really good for a quick cardio or work out session to stay active whrn travelling. Not to mention it's located near the Xi'an north railway station so it's a convenient stopover if you take night trains. The front desk lady was also super helpful with the check in

We needed and appreciated that there was a free laundry on site, as well as a breakfast buffet included. The room was clean and the staff made sure our beds were neat and the room was refreshed. The front desk helped get us a cab when we wanted to go to see the Terra Cotta Army.

The staff is very helpful. I would like to thank MaoZeyuan, who was very attentive, kind and generous. She made the whole difference in our stay, having helped us order (Western) food, delivered in our room. She is very professional and accommodating, making our stay easier and more enjoyable.

The staff is very accomodating and nice! We got double bed room with sofa because we are with 3 people. We only got 2 sleeping set so we asked for an extra set, they brought it to our room. Even willing to go several times to get some forgotten stuff. Thank you!

WE HAD TO USE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS NEER THE TRAIN STATION , SO IF YOU ARE CACHING UP AN EARLY TRAIN THIS IS THE PERFECT HOTEL , 10 MINUTES FROM THE NORTH TRAIN STATION, IT IS COMFORTABLE , HIGH FLOR , NICE WINDOW VIEW
